If you have already notified a claim to your broker or claims processor in accordance with the terms of your policy there is no need to take any further action. If you wish to submit a new claim you should do so, in the first instance, through your broker or claims processor as was the case prior to liquidation. If your broker or claims processor refuses to receive the claim it may be notified to the Joint Liquidators by submitting the claim and accompanying documentation using the below form.
